A trip to the Grand Canyon was what turned me on to photography. 3 weeks in the southwest and 30+ rolls of bad point and shoot photographs got me to pick up a real camera and learn more about it. I so agree. I remember one trip where after 18 mi down a 4x4 road on the N.Rim, it felt like there wasn't another person within a 10 mile radius. That's when you can feel really 'alone', and at a place like GCNP, it also makes it extra special; timeless. Wonderful shot, Guy. I so agree.
