Announcing: Intimate Portraits of the Colorado Plateau
I am excited to announce the release and immediate availability of my new eBook: Intimate Portraits of the Colorado Plateau.
The book features 6 portfolios corresponding to unique geographic features on the Plateau, as well as several essays. The eBook contains high resolution images suitable for viewing on both portable devices and large screens.
These images represent unique moments of inspiration and were created over a period of nearly 15 years.
Join me in celebrating the beauty and magic of the place I am privileged to call home.

Guy, glad to see you release this. I’ll have to get it for myself. Even though I now live in Hawaii, I grew up in Colorado, and sometimes miss it a lot, and I’ve got fond memories of this part of the state. This looks great.
Thank you so much, Robert!
Just to clarify, the book is not about the state of Colorado but about the Colorado Plateau (the canyon country primarily located in Utah and Arizona).
Guy
No worries, I love the desert. I’m sure I’ll like this portfolio as well.
Looking forward in reading it! Congrats Guy for another wonderful publication.
Congratulations on this, Guy! I can’t wait to take a look at it.
I thoroughly enjoyed both your image selection and the narrative. Of course, I’m rather partial to the Colorado Plateau. As a geologist I can’t get enough of those naked rocks.
It has been my favorite area of the world since my first encounter in 1974. Back then Moab was not yet “discovered” and the Shaefer Trail was a real offroad adventure.
I visited Torrey earlier this month and was looking forward to seeing your prints. After making several passes through town, I finally asked and was disappointed to hear that your gallery had closed.
Thank you very much, everyone!
Bill, the closure is temporary. We hope to re-open in a different location some time next year. Next time you’re passing through Torrey maybe we can grab a coffee.
Guy
I’m glad to hear the closure is only temporary. The two places that I asked in town were sure it was permanent. Looking forward to a visit next year.
Guy — I downloaded my copy of this book earlier today. While I have not had time to immerse myself in the book, my strong first impression is that you have done a marvelous job of layout. The sections and images flow naturally as I page through your book. You have clearly put a lot of thought into the design and layout and it surely shines through in your product. It goes without saying that the imagery is simply stunning. Congratulations and I surely wish you all the best success with this eBook. Frank
