Just Saying (8/1/2011)
Almost anyone can create a beautiful photograph. Very few, however, move beyond well-worn subject and simplistic compositions to create original, meaningful work. Beginners may want to believe that the gap can be bridged by learning technique, gaining experience or buying more gear. More experienced photographers may blame lack of time, money or luck. In reality, though, the biggest hurdle to original creative expression is not lack of skill, experience, time, money or fortune but, rather, lack of courage.
