Workshop Highlight: Canadian Rockies, Oct/Nov 2013

| October 25, 2012

Some years ago I had the pleasure of meeting photographers Darwin Wiggett and Samantha Chrysanthou in Alberta. This was my first visit to the area, and they were generous enough to take me on a gorgeous hike in the Rockies. We stayed in touch over the years and finally decided to design a unique workshop focused on creativity and the telling of visual stories through landscape photography. Darwin and Sam know the area better than anyone I can think of and have photographed it extensively. Combining my Creative Landscape Photography itinerary with their extensive knowledge of the landscape seemed like a perfect match.

The workshop will be held at the scenic Aurum Lodge, and will combine field work with classroom sessions, covering the process of image-making from raw concept to the final image. Topics covered will include both hands-on work and creative skills, including camera technique, visualization, composition and processing.

We hope you can join us!
